SKINCARE

The first thing: I believe in beauty from the inside out. What you put in your body is more important than what you put on your body, although they do work in tandem. The second thing is that I believe in exfoliation. The skin is the number one detox organ, so exfoliating and getting my circulation going is essential.

I use a sea salt scrub for my body twice a day. I’ll use Lycolic Wash Cleanser by NeoStrata every day for my face. I’ll also scrub or deeply exfoliate a couple of days a week. I like the Dr. Sebagh one, which is acid-based and gentle. Or I’ll usefully. Brandt one, like a face polish. At the moment, I really love the Crème de La Mer. It’s RicIt’s ricIt’s, and my skin gets dehydrated from plane travel. Being based in Miami, sunblock is my number one friend. I like Invisible Zinc. I also want one by Dr. Brandt. I’ll get recommendations from dermatologists or makeup artists for most of my products.

I like hearing about things word of mouth because there are so many products out there now, and they all come in such beautiful packaging and promise to the world. I need clarification, so word of mouth is critical. The eye cream I use is by Arianna Skincare. I heard about it from Norman Foster’s Foster’s Skin. It looked amazing, and I asked what she used. She suggested this eye cream, so I looked it up, and it works. I also like the Natura Bisse Diamond Life Infusion Retinol Eye Serum. Then, I use Lucas’ PLucas’or my lips and cuticles —it’s verit’sssie.

MAKEUP

Let me tell you about my makeup routine! I’m all I’m keeping it natural and straightforward. I don’t do foundation daily but swear by RMS Beauty products. Their coconut oil-based products blend seamlessly into the skin for a subtle, glowing effect. I have one pot for my eyes and one for my cheeks and lips – it’s so fuss-free!

Of course, I always wear mascara; my current favorite is Diorshow Black Out. When it comes to my eyebrows, I like them to be very pale and natural-looking. I use the Bobbi Brown pencil in Ash to fill them in, but I avoid anything too dark or dramatic.

Understand me; I love smoky eyes for a night out! I’ll use Brown pencils to create a sultry look and smudge them out for a more effortless vibe. Lots of mascara and a pale lip complete the look.

But let’s belts; I do not want to spend hours on my makeup. I’m lucky. I can get it done in ten minutes, even when going out! Plus, it’s not don’t to spend hours concentrating on your face.

Living in Miami means dealing with humidity, but I actually love the natural glow it gives me. If I’m doing TV or fiI, I’ll use MAC StudiI’llx on my T-zone for a flawless finish. But for everyday wear, I prefer Chanel’s loose pow. Chanel’s more natural; it’s perfect for a subtle touch-up.

 HAIR

I can’t stress enoughn’t my hair is just as important as my face! I’ve been in the give for quite some time, and I can tell you Oribe is one of the best in the business. I’ve been using hiI’veoducts for over two decades now, and let me tell you, they’re superior to them out there! I use his shampoos and conditioners religiously.

But I trust no one but Josh Wood in London when it comes to coloring. He’s been coloring my hair for years and is just amazing! Not only does he keep my hair looking modern and relevant, but he also encourages me to use my natural roots. He’s a master of the suHe ‘used look but ensures the color stays strong and honest. If you’re in London and want to keep your hair looking fabulous, Josh Wood is your go-to guy!

FRAGRANCE

Have you ever encountered a fragrance that sweeps you off your feet? It was Vetiver by Guerlain, a men’s cologne I men’s upon thirty years ago. I couldn’t help but fall with its unique scent; ever since then, it has been a part of my daily routine. But you know what’s even more exciting about the idea of creating my own perfume! Yes, it’s definitely in the it’s, and I can’t wait to see what I can’t up with.

SERVICES

Did you know I’m a big believer in the infusion of Eastern and Western medicines? I practice acupuncture and kinesiology, unique forms of body diagnosis that read the body’s response. Additionally, I’m skilled in osteopathy, and massage is excellent for relaxation and circulation. Speaking of which, have you ever heard of Nichola Joss? She’s a master at faciaShe’s body massages, and I can’t recommend her enocan’t

DIET AND FITNESS

Imagine feeling tired, listless, and lacking muscle tone. That’s precisely how I feel. That was just three years ago. But that all changed when I discovered the alkaline diet. I visited a nutritionist who told me I was too acidic and needed to change my diet. She recommended cutting down on red meat and taking a green powder drink. That’s when the idea ofThat’sper Elixir was born. I put everything I needed and wanted, from vitamins and supplements, into one product with the help of my nutritionist.

But that’s not all. I’m not that’s hit the I’m just for the sake of it. Instead, I love engaging with the outdoors through sports. Whether running around theit’servoir in NYC, paddleboarding or jet skiing in Miami, or skiing and hiking in the mountains, I always find a way to stay active. Even if I’m not good at it, I play tennis with my friends. It’s not about losing weight and working; it’s about enjoying sports and the company of my friends. So, forget the gym and trainers; you only need good company and a passion for sports to stay fit and healthy!
